Anna

Anna is multiple trainer in fitness and dancing. Dancer with 15 years experience on stage. At our studio you can learn from her twerking techniques, hip hop moves and different styles of choreography. Also improve your skills in flexibility and balance, learn some tricks. Anna instructs the following:
  • Hip Hop
  • Hip Hop is a high-energy, playful, dance class most suited for individuals who would consider themselves divas! For this class you should be prepared to sweat, learn choreography, gain confidence, and most of all have a good time! You will be learning new choreography each class. The dance moves you will be taught most resemble styles of Beyonce, Missy Elliot, Ciara, Chris Brown, JLo. The class will begin with a 15 minute warmup, followed by 30 minutes of learning choreography and ending with 15 minutes of performance time. During performance time you have the option of being recorded and having your personal performance sent to you by email. For this class you should wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and shoes you can dance in. If you are wishing to move like PRO dancers n in hip hop/pop videos or wanting to show off a little on the dance floor then this is the class for you!

  • Flex, Stretch & Balance
  • Take your flexibility from basic warm up stretching to beginning contortion poses, all levels are welcome to train at your own pace. We will focus on safely exploring your limits through proper warm up and mat exercises to take home. Come increase your bendy power, learn to prevent injuries through safe stretching, breathe, and stretch in a supportive environment. This class Also teaches you how to balance on your hands. You will get upside down and practice the subtle adjustments needed to stay there.

  • Intro to Twerk
  • This clas will get your booty moving. In this class we will break down the basics of twerking, including bounces, hip isolations, strengthening of lower back and abdominal muscles, and more! Fantastic for beginners!
